Key Responsibilitie
- Lead development of win themes and overall bid strategy
- Manage complex bids from pre-bid through to submission
- Draft high-quality ITT responses and executive summaries
- Coordinate internal reviews, governance, and submission processes
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape messaging and positioning
- Prepare teams for client presentations and interview
- Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all submission
Key Requirements
- Significant experience leading complex, high-value bids end-to-end
- Strong strategic thinking with highly persuasive writing abilities
- Commercially astute with a clear understanding of competitive positioning
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
