Location: Birmingham (Currently 4 days remote, 1 day office-based. Moving to Birmingham City Centre in January with a hybrid working model.)

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Equity Opportunity

The business currently operates with a 60% permanent and 40% contract split and is entering an exciting period of growth, including the launch of a London office focused on European contract recruitment.

The Opportunity

Due to continued expansion, My Client is seeking experienced recruiters to develop and lead specialist divisions within:

  • Life Sciences
  • Financial Services Technology
  • Data Centre Construction & T1 Build Outs
  • US Technology Markets

This is an outstanding opportunity for ambitious recruiters looking to build a genuine business unit with the support of an established leadership team, proven infrastructure and market-leading earning potential.

For the right individual, there is also the opportunity to secure up to 20% equity in a newly established division, subject to agreed performance milestones.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building and developing your own specialist recruitment desk.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and growing key accounts.
  • Managing permanent and/or contract recruitment assignments.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and recruitment fees.
  • Building talent pipelines within specialist technology markets.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to develop new markets and service offerings.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience within a 360 recruitment role.
  • Strong business development and client management skills.
  • Experience within Technology, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Data Centre Construction or related sectors would be highly advantageous.
  • A consultative and relationship-driven approach.
  • Ambition to build and grow a specialist market.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to maximise earnings and career progression.
What's On Offer?Uncapped Earning Potential

The commission structure is designed to reward high performance, with consultants retaining the equivalent of approximately 40% of billings through salary and commission combined.

For example:

  • £200,000 annual billings = circa £80,000 earnings
