Are you a Site Manager from a construction or waterproofing background looking to join a specialist contractor, working on a range of high-profile projects with the opportunity to take ownership of site operations and develop your career?

This specialist construction contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality waterproofing and structural protection solutions across a diverse range of projects. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team and play a key role in overseeing project delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance and maintaining high standards of quality throughout each project. You will work closely with project teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales.

This role would suit a Site Manager from a construction, waterproofing or refurbishment background who is looking to join a specialist contractor, where they can take ownership of projects, manage site teams and play a key role in delivering technically challenging works.

The Role:

• Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour and site activitie
• Ensuring health and safety standards and quality procedures are maintained

The Person:

• Site Manager or similar from a construction background
• Experience within waterproofing, construction, refurbishment or civil engineering
• Experience managing subcontractors and site operations
• Full UK driving licence
