Gas Service Engineer - Birmingham
Social Housing Contract
£1,150 - £1,400 per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Gas Service Engineer to work on a long-term social housing contract covering Birmingham and surrounding areas.

The Role

  • Carrying out annual gas safety checks and servicing of domestic gas appliances
  • Working within occupied social housing properties
  • Completing digital job sheets and compliance paperwork
  • Delivering excellent customer service to tenants
  • Managing a dedicated local patch

Essential Requirements

  • CKR1 qualification
  • HTR1 qualification
  • Previous experience carrying out domestic gas servicing
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Own van, tools and flue gas analyser
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Strong customer-facing skills
