Warehouse Operative / LLOP Driver – Hams Hall, Birmingham – £14.03 Per Hour

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / LLOP Drivers to join our well-established client based in Hams Hall, Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £14.03 per hour, ongoing work, consistent morning shifts and full on-site training. Previous LLOP operating experience is essential, but a valid LLOP licence is not required, as the client will provide the necessary training.

£14.03 Per Hour | Saturday to Wednesday | 06:00–14:00 | Thursday & Friday Off | Ongoing Work | Full Training | No LLOP Licence Required

This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative, LLOP Driver, LLOP Operator, Low Level Order Picker or Warehouse Picker.

Shifts

• Saturday to Wednesday
• 06:00–14:00
• Thursday and Friday off

Rates of Pay

• £14.03 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative / LLOP Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Operating an LLOP truck to move stock safely around the warehouse
• Picking and moving stock as required
• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Ensuring stock is handled accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Following all warehouse health and safety procedures

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative / LLOP Driver, you will need:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Previous experience operating an LLOP truck
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in picking and moving stock within a warehouse environment
• Experience working in a busy distribution or logistics operation

Training Provided

• Full on-site training provided by the client
• LLOP training provided where required
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
