Uncapped earnings – 20% commission on EVERYTHING you bill. No thresholds, no hidden clauses. Our average consultant bills £120k-£150k in year one, meaning £24k-£30k in commission on top of your basic. Year 2 should mean £30k-£50k commission earnings alone.
