Interim Legal Counsel - #2183301

Commercial lawyer sought for interim project c6 months commencing ASAP. West Midlands based or remote. Full or part time applications welcome.

Arbuthnot Yon are working with a cutting edge Midlands based organisation seeking a commercial lawyer for a c6 month initial project to focus on general commercial contracts, R&D contracts and collaborations. Full or part time working patterns will be considered. Start date in November to January. This role can be undertaken on a hybrid or remote basis.

You will work within an established experienced team and advise on, draft and negotiate commercial contracts relating including procurement contracts, supply agreements, terms and conditions, research and development and collaboration agreements.

A 6 month assignment will be offered initially, however, there is also the potential of a longer term opportunity. We are keen to hear from commercial lawyers who have experience of dealing with a broad range of contracts. Any experience of dealing with IP and/or R&D agreements would be beneficial but is not necessary.
