Your new company
You'll be joining an ambitious and growing accountancy practice where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced tax professionals and play a part in the firm's continued growth. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for variety, greater responsibility, and the chance to develop their career within corporate tax.
Your new role
As Corporate Tax Senior / Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Corporate Tax team, taking ownership of a varied portfolio of corporation tax compliance while also getting involved in advisory projects.
You'll prepare and review both straightforward and complex corporate tax returns, including groups, advise on corporation tax payments and QIPs, and support clients with group loss relief, loan relationships, and HMRC enquiries.
Alongside compliance, you'll have exposure to R&D projects, tax due diligence, transaction advisory work, restructuring and other corporate tax planning assignments.
A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities to provide proactive advice to clients, giving you the chance to broaden your advisory experience as your career develops.
