Are you an ambitious, experienced Ofsted Registered Manager ready for your next challenge?

We are looking for passionate, driven and experienced leaders to take the lead within our residential children's care services across the West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can demonstrate outstanding leadership, deliver positive inspection outcomes and, most importantly, make a meaningful difference to the lives of young people.

What We're Looking For

We want candidates who can demonstrate:

• A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings, preferably across multiple inspections or services.

• Experience of successfully managing residential children's homes.

• The ability to turn around services previously rated below Good, improving care quality and achieving stronger inspection outcomes.

The Leadership Qualities That Matter

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be a confident leader who sets clear expectations and leads by example.

• Be hardworking, proactive and take ownership of the home's performance.

• Have a strong understanding of the nine Quality Standards and how to embed them into everyday practice.

• Establish consistent routines, structure and effective management oversight.

• Work collaboratively and contribute positively to the wider organisation.

• Demonstrate genuine passion and enthusiasm for children's residential care.

• Genuinely care about young people, providing the commitment, advocacy and ambition expected of a corporate parent.

Salary: £55,000–£75,000 per annum, depending on experience and track record.

For exceptional candidates appointed at the upper end of the salary range, there is an opportunity to fulfil a Senior Ofsted Registered Manager role.
