An established IP firm is looking to welcome an experienced IP Records Coordinator into their Birmingham team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and excellent prospects for professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patent records.
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring key dates are recorded correctly.
• Updating internal records and case management information.
• Providing administrative support to the wider patents team.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in patent and/or trade mark records.
• A background within a professional services firm.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively as part of a team.
