The Role

• Lead Corporate Tax advisory assignments, including company reconstructions, M&A, share schemes and venture capital schemes.
• Manage and mentor junior team members on complex client projects.
• Act as a key contact for clients and other advisors on technical tax matters.
• Work closely with Directors on business development and identifying new opportunities.
• Build your professional network and develop your profile as a tax specialist.

Your Experience

• CTA or equivalent tax qualification, with relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong Corporate Tax advisory experience with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Motivated by continued professional and technical development.
