Graduate Digital Marketing Executive - #2166159

If you’re a graduate and want to learn how B2B marketing works in practice, from planning a campaign through to reporting on the results, this role is a good place to start. We’re looking for a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate would have:

• A degree in marketing, business, communications or a related subject, or equivalent experience
• A genuine interest in digital marketing and how it helps businesses generate leads and grow
• Strong written communication skills and a good eye for detail
• Some hands-on experience, whether that’s a placement, internship, freelance work or running social channels for a club, society or small business
• A basic understanding of channels such as social media, email, SEO, content and paid search
• Curiosity about data and how campaign performance is measured
• Interest in HubSpot or inbound marketing (completing a free HubSpot Academy certification before applying is a big bonus)
• The confidence to ask questions and the willingness to learn quickly

Responsibilities would include:

• Reporting to a Marketing Manager and working alongside our wider marketing team
• Supporting the delivery of campaigns across social, email, content and paid channels
• Planning and scheduling content for clients’ social media, blogs and email campaigns
• Building emails, landing pages and workflows in HubSpot and Zoho
• Helping to research clients’ markets, competitors and audiences
• Pulling together campaign reports and learning how we analyse and improve performance
