As we continue to grow, we're looking for two experienced Senior Sales Account Executives to join our Birmingham team.

This is an opportunity for experienced commercial insurance professionals to play a key role in growing our business while managing and developing established client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new commercial insurance clients.
• Develop and manage an existing portfolio of commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and arrange suitable insurance cover.
• Manage policy renewals and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and prospecting.
• Contribute to the continued growth of RBA Commercial Insurance.

• Extensive experience within commercial insurance, ideally 15+ years.
• Strong background in commercial insurance brokerage.
• Proven track record in new business development and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets.
• Cert CII qualification, or working towards it, preferred.
• Experience using Acturis would be advantageous.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and able to work independently.
