Sen Teaching Assistant - #2155858

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants specializing in supporting children with complex needs. In this vital role, you will work closely with teachers, and families to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning, development, and well-being for children with diverse needs.

A successful applicant will be able to:

• Provide tailored support children with complex needs, in line with EHCPs,
• Interact with and support children both inside a resource base and 1:1 periodically,
• Deliver and implement specialised IEP plans designed to meet each child's specific learning goals and behavioural requirements,
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment by allowing social interaction, supporting emotional regulation and
• Provide personal care to pupils that require it,
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, incidents and support interventions to inform further planning.
