We’re working with a fast-growing global organisation looking for a confident, personable and highly organised German-speaking Administrator / Team Assistant to support Associates and Managing Directors across London, Europe and the US.
This is more than an admin role, you’ll gain direct exposure to senior stakeholders, international teams and a fast-paced environment, building the skills needed to progress into an EA position.
You'll be client-facing in your communication, with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, driven approach. You'll be ambitious, eager to excel and committed to continuously developing your skills and career.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing busy diaries and coordinating international meetings
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Processing expenses and general administration
- Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting a collaborative, high-performing team
We’re looking for:
- Fluent German
- 1–2+ years' administrative/support experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, personable and professional approach
- Someone ambitious and keen to develop into an EA
