the automotive industry, with a large dealer group or an OEM.

Location: Birmingham

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive
aftersales, warranty or dealer operations experience to join a
growing manufacturer and play a key role within the warranty
function. My client is looking for a Warranty Coordinator to
support the accurate assessment and processing of warranty
claims, ensuring a smooth experience for dealers while helping to
protect the integrity of warranty operations.

This role would suit someone who enjoys investigating issues,
working with technical information and building strong
relationships across a dealer network. You'll be joining a
collaborative team where attention to detail, sound judgement and
strong communication skills are highly valued, with the
opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance and
customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims submitted by the dealer
network, ensuring accuracy and compliance with warranty policies.

• Investigate discrepancies, missing information and unusual
claims, working with dealers to resolve issues efficiently.

• Provide guidance and support to dealers on warranty
submissions, policies and claim decisions.

• Work closely with technical teams to assess complex warranty
cases and reach fair, consistent outcomes.

• Monitor claim activity, identifying trends, risks and
potential policy misuse.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across warranty
operations and dealer processes.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within the automotive industry, ideally in warranty,
aftersales or dealer operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent
attention to detail.

• Ability to review technical information and make informed
decisions.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage
multiple priorities effectively.

• Confident communicator who can build productive relationships
with dealers and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of claims
management or dealer systems being advantageous.
