HR Coordinator | Rapid Growth Brand | Birmingham City Centre - Hybrid| 3 Month FTC | Circa £30,000

Are you an experienced HR Administrator or HR Coordinator looking for your next challenge? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love being busy and pride yourself on getting the detail right? I am working with a brilliant business based in Birmingham City Centre who are looking for an HR Coordinator to join them on an initial 3-month FTC, with the potential to extend. This is a really varied role where you'll get involved across HR administration, recruitment and payroll, as well as supporting the wider team with employee engagement and general coordination.

What will you be doing?

You'll be responsible for a real mix of HR coordination, including:

• Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to leavers
• Producing contracts, change letters and other HR documentation
• Keeping the HRIS (BambooHR) up to date
• Supporting recruitment and coordinating interviews
• Managing onboarding and new starter processes
• Supporting the payroll process, including employee changes, leavers, P45s and deductions
• Maintaining accurate employee data and HR records
• Supporting employee engagement activity
• Helping with inductions and ensuring new starters have a great experience
• Providing some PA/administrative support to the CEO and wider C-Suite, including booking hotels and travel
• General HR administration and supporting the wider HR team as required

What are they looking for?

This isn't a role where you can afford to let the detail slip. Attention to detail is absolutely key. You'll ideally have previous experience within an HR administration/coordinator position and be comfortable getting involved across recruitment, HR systems and payroll administration.

You'll also need to be someone who is:

• Highly organised and detail-focused
• Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities
• Confident using HR systems - experience with BambooHR would be a bonus
• Comfortable picking up new processes quickly
• Proactive and able to get on with things independently
• A great communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Positive, bubbly and personable
• Someone who genuinely wants to be part of the business and get involved
