Fast Credit is a growing financial services provider with 15 branches across the UK, with more locations planned as we continue to expand.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Sales Assistant to join our branch team. Full training will be provided, so previous pawnbroking experience is not essential.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services, including pawnbroking, gold purchasing, retail and FX.
• Support gold assessment and valuation processes.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
• Support branch sales and customer service targets.
• Keep the branch clean, organised and professionally presented.
• Assist with stock checks and branch security.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Pawnbroking or retail experience is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or cash handling is an advantage.
• Friendly, confident and customer-focused approach.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling cash and customer property.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Full flexibility to work from Monday to Sunday is required.
• Speaking additional languages, particularly Russian, Romanian or Tamil, is an advantage as we serve a diverse range of customers.
