Remote Residential Conveyancer - #2134346
CRA Consulting
Residential Conveyancer - Remote working
Salary: up to £45,000
Location: Fully Remote
CRA Consulting are currently working with a fast-growing, CQS-accredited law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their established property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking for genuine flexibility, with the option to work fully remotely, on a hybrid basis, or from one of the firm's offices in Southwest of England
The Role
Joining a well-established property team of around 30 people, you will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while delivering a high standard of client care and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
You will benefit from the support of specialist onboarding and post-completion teams, with the potential to have dedicated paralegal support.
The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer, although applications from experienced conveyancers without formal legal qualifications will also be considered.
About You:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will ideally have:
- At least 3 years' solid residential conveyancing experience
- Experience managing a caseload with a strong history of billing
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Good IT skills and the ability to work efficiently using technology
- The ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- A confident, friendly and approachable manner
- The ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a pressurised environment
- A strong team-player mentality
- A genuine desire to contribute to the continued growth of the residential property department
Experience of training or supporting junior members of staff would be advantageous, although this is not essential. An enthusiasm for helping to develop paralegals and junior colleagues would be welcomed.
Remote Working
Fully remote working is available for the right candidate.
However, applicants seeking a fully remote position must have previous solid experience of working entirely from home within a law firm and be comfortable working independently without direct supervision.
What's on Offer?
- Salary of up to £45,000 dependent on qualifications and experience
- Fully remote working available
- Hybrid working available
- Office-based options across the Southwest of England
- Join an established and growing property team
- Specialist onboarding and post-completion support
- Potential access to dedicated paralegal support
- Structured training programme for conveyancing paralegals
- Opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the residential property department
