Post Completions Paralegal - Fully Remote - Up to £32,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a leading international law firm, specialising in post-completion matters. Working within a collaborative team, you will support a broad range of commercial real estate transactions across a high-profile client portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive paralegal looking to develop their expertise within a fast-paced and technology-driven legal environment while benefiting from fully remote working.

Role

• Manage post-completion processes for commercial real estate transactions
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications, managing requisitions and registration deadlines
• Prepare, calculate and submit SDLT and LTT returns
• Conduct due diligence, manage enquiries and coordinate conveyancing searches
• Support real estate finance transactions, including conditions precedent
• Manage post-completion workflows, inboxes, trackers and reporting
• Assist with legal research, document management and data rooms
• Utilise legal technology and AI tools to support efficient transaction delivery

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1–2 years' commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of Land Registry applications and post-completion processes
• Experience preparing SDLT returns and managing registration deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of matters
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Confident communicator with excellent client service skills
• Experience using legal technology and document management systems is advantageous
