Registered Manager – Children's Residential Services

Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits

We are currently recruiting experienced Registered Managers on behalf of a number of established children's residential care providers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and management of a children's residential home.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.
• Lead, develop, and support residential care teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
• Manage safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staff supervision, development, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of care, record keeping, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced Children's Residential Manager.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards it.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
