If you're a confident communicator who's thrived in a customer or client-facing environment (retail, hospitality, sales, account management — anything where people are at the centre of what you do), we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Sourcing and approaching candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and our database

Conducting screening calls and building genuine candidate relationships

Working closely with experienced consultants on live briefs

Managing pipelines and developing your knowledge of the finance & transformation market

What you'll get:

£25,000 – £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission
