As a Recruitment Consultant at Vivo, you’ll do more than fill roles, you’ll build expertise, grow your network, and become a trusted voice in your market.

• Grow your candidate network within your chosen vertical, connecting with the best talent.
• Establish yourself as a market expert by attending events, reading industry insights, and building real knowledge
• Win new business each quarter through strong client relationships
• Drive business development via calls, referrals, email campaigns, and representing Vivo at industry events
• Be a trusted partner to clients and candidates, offering honest, strategic advice
• Always do the right thing, integrity is at the heart of everything we do
