Company Description OES Consulting | Civil & Structural Engineering is a specialized consultancy providing tailored, high-quality civil and structural engineering solutions.

The team supports a wide range of clients, including private individuals, developers, contractors, and architects, from early concept through to project delivery.

Operating across the West Midlands, London, and throughout the UK, OES delivers practical, compliant, and buildable designs for projects ranging from small works to multi-million-pound developments. Services cover inspections and structural surveys, feasibility studies, structural and civil design, drainage, SuDS, highways, and hard landscaping, as well as full structural input for foundations, basements, retaining structures, and roof design.

The company is known for its straightforward, responsive, and client-focused approach, with a strong track record of repeat business and long-term relationships.

Role Description This is a full-time, Structural Design Engineer role based in Dudley, West Midlands.

The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for producing safe, efficient, and buildable structural designs for a variety of projects, including new builds, extensions, alterations, repairs, and conversions.

The role involves coordinating with civil engineering colleagues on drainage, SuDS, earthworks, and external works, and collaborating closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve design queries.

The engineer will support projects from concept through construction, respond to site queries, and ensure designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and best practices while meeting project timelines and budgets.
