Clinical Pharmacist – Hybrid Role

At Screen Clinical, we work to improve patient care by supporting GP practices and primary care teams. We are looking for a Pharmacist to help deliver high-quality healthcare and better patient outcomes.

The Role

As a Pharmacist, you will:

Support patients with medication reviews and optimisation

Work closely with primary care teams

Help improve healthcare outcomes across different therapeutic areas

Contribute to innovative clinical improvement projects

This role offers the opportunity to develop your clinical skills while making a meaningful impact in primary care.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should:

Be registered with the GPhC

Hold a valid driving licence (maximum 6 points)

Have access to a car

Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
