A busy secondary school based in Central Birmingham is looking for a School Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4pm. The role is a long term role to start as soon as possible.

Your new role

The role will entail dealing with telephone enquiries to the school, making outgoing routine telephone calls, postal duties including receiving, opening and distributing incoming mail and dispatching outgoing mail. Dealing with staff and pupil registers and information relating to free school meals. The role will also include preparation of reports/letters/minutes of a confidential nature.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.
