We are seeking an experienced ICT Teacher to join a secondary school in Great Barr, Birmingham. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of Python and be confident teaching KS3-4 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons to KS3, KS4, and A-Level students.
• Teach Python programming and other relevant computing topics.
• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level ICT exams.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support and inspire students with a passion for coding and technology.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
  
  

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching ICT at KS3, KS4, and A-Level.
• Strong knowledge of Python and other relevant programming languages.
• Ability to differentiate lessons to suit all learning abilities.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to obtain one).
