About The Role

Chapman Tate Associates is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious IT Solutions Provider for the role of IT Sales Support Executive. This dynamic position is based in Solihull and offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000.

As an IT Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing quotes, handling bidding processes, and addressing general inbound queries. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be key in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our sales department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quotes Management: Prepare and manage sales quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients.
  • Bidding Processes: Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, working closely with the sales team to meet deadlines and client requirements.
  • Inbound Queries: Handle general inbound queries from clients and prospects, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, CRM management, and report generation.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
