Position: Prepping Operative

Location: Bordesley Green, B9

Shift: Monday Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Your Role Will Include

Preparing product surfaces
Setting up and maintaining spray booth equipment
Performing quality inspections across all production stages
Shot blasting as needed
Manual handling of metal frames and products
Assembly and fitting of various components
Applying coatings to a high standard
Identifying and reporting quality defects
Ensuring attention to detail throughout the process

About You:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Confident and ready to take on responsibility
high attention to detail
Good literacy for note taking and reading instructions in both writing and numbers
Experience in powder coating is ideal, but not essential full training provided
