This is a brand-new position that is needed through growth where you can really make your mark on the future of the business.In this role you will lead the engineering team in technical design discussion, while working closely with the CTO & Product function to design solutions for business-critical problems. This is a remote role, but you will need to spend 2 days per month on site in Birmingham (usually the first Thursday and Friday of the month).The ideal candidate will be a Senior Software Engineer with strong Python skills. Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue is key.
