Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As the Solutions Architect, you will design, describe and support the delivery of solutions for change programmes of varying size and complexity; ensuring these are built and delivered to align with business requirements. You’ll foster the effective and innovative use of technology to achieve business outcomes, support strategic goals, and uphold organisational values.
- Identify and assess multiple solution options, providing informed recommendations based on analysis
- Translate requirements into comprehensive architectural designs, including documentation and risk mitigation
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and demands, ensure feasibility, and provide technical guidance
- Maintain architectural documentation and create reusable assets to using modelling tools
- Monitor architecture to ensure alignment with plans and support governance activities, managing risks and technical debt
About You
Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure), Microsoft Dynamics (including Dynamics CE and FO), APIs, integration, microservices, digital experience platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Management), and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Ability to evaluate complex problems, propose practical solutions, and analyse their potential impacts effectively
- Communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Relevant architecture experience (e.g., certifications or practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Azure); familiarity with SAFE, TOGAF, and Adobe Experience Manager is advantageous
