Job Title: Team Leader (Children’s Residential Service)

Location: Shard End, B34

Salary: Up to £33246 including Sleep ins

Hours: Average 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Job Summary:

As a Team Leader, you will:

· Provide effective monitoring, support and supervision to the staff team always acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations.

· Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries and ensure handover is completed to a high standard.

· Provide on call cover as arranged by the Home Manager.

· Ensure all required documentation and records are completed in line with requirements.

· Ensuring positive relationships with the children & young people, and always safeguarding them.

Essential Skills:

· UK Full Driving Licence

· Excellent communication

· Basic Computer Skills Essential

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Children’s Residential Service

Qualifications & Experience:

· Experience in Residential childcare (Minimum 2 years)- Essential

· Qualified - Hold a Diploma Level 3 in diploma for residential childcare or equivalent – Essential
