As a Production Engineer, you won’t be stuck in the background—you’ll be at the center of turning visionary concepts into vehicles ready to hit the road.

In this role, you'll lead the charge in managing engineering change releases across the production line, making sure every update rolls out with accuracy and impact. Using Illustrate software integrated with our PLM/CAD system, you’ll create dynamic, visual process guides that bring engineering intent to life on the factory floor.

You'll also be the key player overseeing CVI Fusion and Pivotware—state-of-the-art Desoutter systems that power our production flow. From system management to tooling oversight, you’ll keep everything running smoothly and intelligently.

Process efficiency will be your playground. You’ll constantly look for ways to optimize workflows, designing smarter, faster, leaner operations that boost throughput without sacrificing quality. Collaborating with the Quality team, you’ll dive into non-conformance issues with a problem-solving mindset, helping ensure the highest standards at every stage.

And when it’s time to take a prototype build and turn it into a production-ready masterpiece, you’ll be the one making it happen—bridging the gap between imagination and reality.
