At Cubitt House, we run some of London’s most beloved pubs, and The Coach Makers Arms is no exception – a three-storey beauty in the heart of Marylebone, combining timeless pub charm with top-tier food, drink, and service.

We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant General Manager who’s ready to step up and help run a busy, premium operation. You’ll be right-hand to the General Manager and a driving force on the floor – leading service, motivating the team, and making sure every guest leaves happy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 
  Day-to-day leadership across all areas of the pub – from buzzing bar to lively restaurant and private dining rooms.


• 
  Inspiring the team – leading by example, coaching, and helping staff grow.


• 
  Delivering great service – ensuring every guest gets a warm welcome and a memorable experience.


• 
  Managing the business – taking ownership of rotas, stock, compliance, and hitting key KPIs.


• 
  Living the brand – upholding the standards and values that make Cubitt House special.

What We’re Looking For

• A confident, charismatic leader with experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor in a quality food-led venue.


• Someone who thrives in a busy, guest-facing environment.


• Strong knowledge of food, drink, and hospitality operations.


• Commercially aware with a sharp eye for detail.


• Ambitious, with a passion for progression and development.
