Supporting the Head of IT & Facilities, you'll be central to keeping the office running smoothly from managing services and driving improvements, to making sure all the staff feel supported, valued, and inspired.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves delivering excellent customer service, building strong relationships, and finding smart solutions to workplace challenges. You'll be confident making decisions, leading a small team, managing contractors, and creating an office environment that reflects a culture positive, inclusive, and people-focused.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the London office, ensuring a high-quality workplace experience

  • Lead and support a small team, including reception and front of house

  • Organise internal events and social functions including the Christmas party!

  • Manage office budgets, vendor contracts, and building services

  • Keep supplies, equipment, and storage running like clockwork

  • Be the go-to for everything from risk assessments to insurance queries

  • Partner with IT to ensure seamless tech and equipment support

  • Maintain strong communication with staff, collecting feedback and keeping everyone informed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in office management or workplace operations (ideally in a 150+ employee setting)

  • A natural team leader. Someone who is supportive, approachable, and good at getting the best out of people

  • Excellent organisational skills with a can-do, solution-focused mindset

  • Strong communication skills and a flair for creating positive experiences

  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholder relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an eye for detail

  • Discretion, trustworthiness, and a genuine passion for people and culture
