Location: Birmingham, UK Start Date: Immediate Salary: £420 – £445 per week Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Contract Type: Full-time

Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team in Birmingham, supporting students with additional learning needs in a friendly and specialist school setting.

‍ What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting students in and out of the classroom to help them achieve their potential

  • Providing one-to-one support for students with additional needs

  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

  • Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals to deliver tailored learning experiences

  • Psychology / Sociology

  • Sports Science

  • Education or Early Years

  • Special Needs & Inclusion

  • Youth Work / Social Work

  • Or anyone passionate about supporting young people!

What You Need:
  • A positive, resilient, and compassionate approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for working with children or young people

  • An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
