Why this job matters


In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the value of managed contracts through managing risks, effectively delivering contractual obligations and excellent stakeholder management for a number of Central Government contracts.


SC clearance is a mandatory requirement of this role, so you must be willing to undergo checks. To gain as see you will need to have been a resident in the UK for a minimum of 5 years, and have no criminal record.


What you’ll be doing



  • Accountable for the delivery of contracts, building strong relationships with stakeholders, monitoring and managing the P&L, scheduling timely month-end calls, ensuring revenue/ cost accruals and deferrals are accounted for and reported on.


  • Deliver change control on contracts and develop opportunities, while being responsible for contractual obligations such as T&Cs and SLAs.


  • Manage and report a balanced scorecard of deliverables, analysing contract performance, identifying to upsell/cross-sell opportunities and escalate to Account Management.


  • Maintain records of complex decision points, financial performance, service delivery, billing, change controls and general support activities.


  • Support the contact management organisation across several activities such as contract governance (CGRs), risk management / mitigation and obligations. Customer support, debt and P& management.
