Reporting to a Manager you will help to build, implement and facilitate relevant curricula. You will support the Managers within the Learning Area’s of Expertise with all operational aspects including budget management, project management, vendor management whilst acting as a subject matter expert.


You will be expected to build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, at different levels of the Firm, to understand business demands and will work with Learning Business Partners to carry out learning needs analysis to define and support required learning outcomes.


The role sits in a wider learning team, and it is expected the role holder will work across programmes and support wider learning events and projects where needed.

It is expected that this role will work in an agile way supporting and prioritising needs aligned to the strategy.


What will you be doing?



  • Supporting the annual LNA planning and review of curriculum.

  • Understanding full offering of appropriate curriculum and work with Design and Enablement on annual refresh and retirement approach, making sure curriculum is current and relevant.

  • Working with Design and Enablement and KPMG Learning Services teams to ensure branding and marketing of the offerings is clear, and that all logistics are planned for.

  • Working with the KPMG Learning Services outsourcing provider to set up learning events to include logistics such as issuing invitations and personal coordination of internal facilitators and senior stakeholders.

  • Ensuring at all times adherence to the Service catalogue, ISQM1 processes and procedures is maintained.

  • Working closely with Learning Enablement to escalate service requirements so they can feedback to KPMG Learning Services.

  • Responsible for checking that Subject Matter Expert (SME) has been approved.

  • Responsible for adhering to the CPD Policy and inputting CPD hours on the Release to Service (RTS).

  • Work closely with the SME and Design Managers to ensure successful Alpha, Beta, Gold approvals for training materials.

  • Responsible for checking the completeness and accuracy of the course information in LMS.

  • Support the maintenance of Programme Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and Course Summary Documents for Mandatory and High Priority learning needs.

  • Responsible for ensuring all key training documentation and final content materials (or links to final content materials) are stored in the Learning Repository.

  • Coordination and ownership of all aspects of scheduled training events.

  • Planning, preparation and support for face-to-face workshop/residential events.

  • Good IT skills and working knowledge of MS office - Excel, Word and Outlook and experience of working with multiple systems
