Land and Property Assistant

Birmingham City Centre, Hybrid, Full-time (Monday-Friday), Permanent, Salary £28-29k on a 12-month FTC

We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented Land and Property Assistant to join a busy team for our client. This role involves analysing and verifying land, property and planning information, ensuring records are accurate, compliant and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and verify information relating to land and property ownership, occupation and planning.
• Review and interpret complex land and property information, including legal documentation.
• Assess information for accuracy, validity and compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
• Liaise with land and planning agents, clients, colleagues and members of the public, handling enquiries professionally.
• Undertake both office-based duties and site visits, accurately recording findings.
• Produce plans, reports and supporting documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate project records, quality logs and internal systems.

Experience:

• A degree in Geography, Planning or a related discipline would be advantageous.
• Graduates with a strong interest in land, property and planning will also be considered.
