We're working with an established organisation that's investing heavily in technology, automation and digital innovation. They're looking for a Solution Engineer to join a growing team responsible for delivering business-critical solutions across software development, integrations, cloud, data and AI.

This is a varied role where you'll be involved in the full solution lifecycle, working with stakeholders across the business to design, build and support applications that improve processes and deliver tangible business value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and enhancing internal applications and business solutions
• Building APIs and integrating systems across the wider technology estate
• Creating automation solutions and digital workflows
• Working with cloud-based services and data platforms
• Supporting AI and innovation initiatives
• Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to identify and deliver solutions
• Contributing to ongoing improvements in architecture, processes and technology capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Commercial software engineering or solution development experience
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience working with Azure cloud technologies
• Experience building APIs and system integrations
• Knowledge of SQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• An interest in automation, AI and emerging technologies
