Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Marketing Manager to take ownership of its marketing strategy and help drive continued business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional to develop brand awareness, attract new customers and increase sales across a growing multi-site operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial returns.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and repeat business through effective marketing activity.
• Plan and deliver national and local marketing campaigns to increase customer footfall and sales.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, CRM and content creation.
• Lead marketing campaigns for new site openings.
• Develop relationships with influencers, media contacts and external marketing partners.
• Manage external agencies and creative resources, ensuring effective delivery of campaigns.
• Monitor marketing performance, analysing results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with operational and commercial teams to align marketing activity with business objectives.

About You

• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar marketing role.
• Background in hospitality, food and beverage, retail or another multi-site consumer business preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and customer engagement.
• Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
• Commercially aware, creative and results-driven.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
