Remuneration: £38,000 - £43,000 + 25% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Building Products will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a comprehensive range of high quality internal building products
• All of your time will be spent generating business with contractors, housebuilders, developers, architects, designers, end users, specifiers, independent merchants and distributors
• Well established areas currently turning over
• Dealing with large order values typically ranging from £50k - £750k for a project
• Working on both new build and refurb projects typically for high end apartments, residential and hotels

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Building Products with:

• Must have field sales experience within the building products sector
• Would consider someone working within a merchants and looking to step onto the road
• Commercially astute
