Senior Accountant
Location: Castle Bromwich, West Midlands
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 9:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am - 1:00pm on Friday

Butler Rose Practice is delighted to be assisting an independent accountancy firm with the recruitment of a Senior Accountant to join their friendly team. You will be joining a small team of professionals, this firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing your own portfolio of clients.
Preparing statutory company accounts.
Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns.
Personal tax compliance and planning support.
Producing management accounts, including financial analysis and client reporting.
Providing commercial and financial guidance to clients.
Managing bookkeeping, VAT, and CIS requirements for larger clients.
Delivering business and tax advice tailored to client needs.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships as their primary point of contact.

Personal Requirements:
ACA/ACCA Qualified or finalist
Experience working within a UK accountancy practice.
Strong accounts production experience.
Knowledge of corporation tax and personal tax.
Experience preparing management accounts and supporting business owners with financial insights.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
A proactive and client-focused approach.
