We are working with a well-established Birmingham law firm seeking an experienced property paralegal to specialise in Post-Completion work to join its busy Real Estate & Projects team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a property paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing team.

The Role:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of residential property transactions.
• Handle post-completion matters, including Land Registry requisitions.
• Assist with shared ownership sales, staircasing and residential acquisitions/disposals.
• Manage deadlines and ensure transactions progress efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors and other parties.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous residential property post-completion experience is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience in shared ownership, housing associations or staircasing would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of SDLT returns and Land Registry procedures would be beneficial.
