I'm currently working with a leading, multi-office Legal 500 law firm looking to appoint a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Birmingham team.

The Role

You'll work alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on a varied commercial real estate caseload, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease renewals
• Development projects and transactions
• Asset management and portfolio transactions
• Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse client base

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1–5 years' PQE in Commercial Property / Real Estate
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and take ownership of matters
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for developing your career
