Company Description Swift – Childcare Apprenticeships supports early years employers in identifying, recruiting, and training emerging talent through high-quality apprenticeship programs. The organisation focuses on delivery of level 3 Early Years Educator and Supporting Early Learning apprenticeships. Operating across the Midlands, North West, Central and London, Swift Apprenticeships works closely with employers to align training with workplace needs. Apprenticeships are delivered through a blended model that includes in-person, remote, workplace-based, and classroom learning. This approach provides flexibility and variety for both employers and apprentices.

Role Description The Intake Specialist is a full-time role based in the jewellery quarter , Birmingham with each friday working from home. You will be working closely with the business development professionals to source candidates for apprenticeships in the east london , essex and south east london territory. The person in this role will manage the intake process for prospective apprentices, including placing advertisements on a variety of platforms and calling through responses to shortlist . You will be offering information, explaining program options, and guiding individuals through eligibility and enrollment requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding and shortlisting inquiries from candidates, scheduling assessments and teams interviews, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and coordinating with the business development consultant and recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The Intake Specialist will also provide clear information while delivering a professional and supportive service to all candidates. This role requires consistent collaboration with colleagues and external partners to uphold Swift’s standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with apprentices, employers, and colleagues. Over the telephone and via written communication.
• Candidates should possess Client Intake and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, applications, and candidate support throughout the enrollment process.
• Candidates will be open to learn administrative processees.
• Candidates should possess solid organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with common office software and CRM and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in education, apprenticeships, recruitment, or a similar advisory role is beneficial, along with knowledge of safeguarding and basic compliance requirements.
• A relevant qualification in administration, customer service, or education-related fields is an advantage, though equivalent experience will be considered.
• A good level of maths and english is required
