We’re hiring: Sales Executive – Hyundai

Basic salary, negotiable depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. Realistic OTE: £50,000+.

MotorFair is a long-established, family-owned dealership representing Hyundai. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.

You’ll guide customers through the full vehicle-buying journey, from their first enquiry and vehicle demonstration to finance options and handover. Previous automotive sales experience is welcome, but we’ll also consider people with a strong track record in retail, hospitality, telesales, estate agency or another customer-facing sales role.

What you’ll do:

• Sell new and used Hyundai vehicles

• Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, email and online

• Build lasting customer relationships and follow up opportunities

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Present finance and additional products in line with compliance requirements

• Keep customer records up to date and maintain product knowledge

• Work towards agreed sales targets and deliver excellent customer service

What we’re looking for:

• Sales experience in a target-driven environment

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• A self-motivated, professional approach

• Good IT skills; CRM experience is an advantage

• A full UK driving licence

• Enthusiasm for the motor industry and a willingness to learn
