What we’re after is an experienced 360 recruiter who can win business, manage clients and deliver. We’ll help with the market knowledge. The recruitment craft is yours to bring.

We trust people to run their own desk. You decide how to build your market and how to go about it. If you’ve got an idea or a different approach, you’ll be heard, not shut down. That freedom comes with ownership: your clients, your numbers, your results. You won’t be doing it alone, though. When everyone around you is experienced, there’s always someone who’s seen the tricky client or the difficult search before. It works. It’s common for people to hit their best numbers within their first 24 months with us.

What you’ll be doing

• Running a 360 finance and accountancy desk, from winning and developing clients through to delivering candidates.
• Building your own market with the backing of an established finance brand.
• Working with experienced colleagues across our offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, the East Midlands and Frankfurt.

What you’ll need

• At least 3 years of 360 recruitment experience, in any sector.
• A track record of winning business and delivering for clients.
• The drive to own a desk and build something that’s properly yours.
