EHS Campus Manager – Helsinki, Finland - #2180656

Salter Grange is recruiting an EHS Manager for a leading European contractor on a large data centre project in Helsinki.

As EHS Manager, you'll lead environmental, health and safety on site and manage a team of EHS advisors.

EHS Manager responsibilities:

• Make sure the site complies with EHS legislation and the project's safety management system
• Coordinate RAMS, permits to work and COSHH assessments
• Carry out site audits, inspections and accident investigations, and follow up corrective actions
• Manage inductions, training, toolbox talks, welfare and waste programmes
• Make sure subcontractors follow EHS policies, and keep the safety file up to date

EHS Manager requirements:

• Relevant EHS qualification
• 7+ years managing EHS on large construction sites
• 5+ years managing a team of EHS advisors
• Thorough knowledge of current EHS legislation
• Data centre experience is an advantage
