THE ROLE

We're looking for someone who is confident, driven and commercially minded, with experience in recruitment and a real passion for sales and business development.

This is a sales-focused opportunity, with a strong emphasis on generating new business, developing client relationships and winning new vacancies. If you're proactive, motivated by targets and enjoy the buzz of closing a deal, this could be the opportunity for you.

As a consultant, you’ll manage your own desk within one of our specialist sectors, identifying new business opportunities across the UK and working with a variety of businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business through proactive sales activity and outbound calls
• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Winning new vacancies and developing your own recruitment desk
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities and managing the recruitment process
• Negotiating fees, salaries and terms of business
• Managing client accounts and candidate pipelines
• Working towards targets and maximising commission opportunities
